What Is Post-Traumatic Growth?
Coined by psychologists Richard Tedeschi and Lawrence Calhoun in the mid-1990s, the theory of post-traumatic growth observes that people who survive intense challenges or traumas can sometimes emerge with positive responses in 5 key areas.

Appreciation of life.
Relationships with others.
New possibilities in life.
Personal strength.
Spiritual change.

We are interested in connecting people with psychedelic-supported therapies to not only heal from trauma, but to intentionally grow our capacities as human beings.
